If you wish to add your name to our database of fathers and other relatives/friends looking for their lost children/relatives, please fill in the details below. You will need to choose a user name and password, which you will need to use to log in each time you use the Fathers Reunited website. A confirmation e-mail of acceptance will be sent to you within 24 hours. If you do not receive this e-mail, you may well have put in the wrong e-mail address and will need to register again with a correct e-mail address.

PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER MORE THAN ONCE FOR THE SAME PERSON. ONLY DO THIS FOR DIFFERENT PEOPLE
